Overview of Ensemble Video
The Ensemble Video platform is designed for multiple users and departments within Syracuse University which are too large to each manage, edit and publish their own video libraries. Ensemble Video gives Syracuse University a flexible framework, user-controls and an easy-to-use publishing and sharing system that supports centralized and distributed Web-based publishing, and can easily integrate with a wide range of third-party video and Web technologies.

If you are interested in using Ensemble Video at Syracuse University, here are some suggestions to get you started:
- Request a user account. You can request a user account by submitting a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will use your NetID to login to Ensemble Video at Syracuse University. Before you request an account, check with your local IT or Media staff and see if they are already using Ensemble Video. If so, they can provide you an account and training. If there is no one in your group using Ensemble Video, you will be contacted for an on-boarding session.
- Determine which organization and library will you be working in. The Ensemble Video administrators can work with you to place you in a current media library or create a unique media library if necessary.
- Request and participate in an Ensemble Video on-boarding session. You can request training, help or support by submitting a request to email@example.com. Additionally, there are several resources on Answers to get you started.
