Overview of Web Publishing in Ensemble Video

Note: You must be an Organization Administrator or Content Contributor to publish videos online.

Web publishing destinations let you specify the external Web destinations where you want to share your video, so it¿s available to your viewers. The published content is presented in a format that lets viewers easily search and browse your videos. You can publish to Internet Web sites or Intranet Web sites.

Loading Ensemble Video

TIP: Before you publish your video, use the preview button to experience your video and description data in the same way your viewers will see it.  If you wish to make any changes, click on the appropriate quick menu button on the left to edit your entry.  When you are happy with the entry, return to the Publish form,  check the Publish Content check-box, then  and your library entry will be live on all Web destinations selected in the Web Publishing form.
