Remote Contact Center Support

If you are a user of the Cisco IP phones and need to configure your Finesse Contact Center remote connection, please reference the instructions found on the Cisco Finesse Remote Configuration page.

Cisco IP Phone Support

The Syracuse University Telecommunications department is the primary point of contact for telephony related issues, including questions and issues related to Finesse Contact Center.
