Orange Tracker has a number of built-on fields to hold data for each issue. While the built-in fields are quite comprehensive, we also have the ability to create custom fields. These fields can help tailor your project for any special requirements. We have created a number of standard custom fields that are based on customer feedback and understanding the needs of the departments.

- Additional Equipment - Text field
- Approvers - Multiple select pull-down user-picker field to select a user by NetID
- Approving Manager - Single select pull-down user-picker field to select a user by NetID
- Approving Peers - Multiple select pull-down user-picker field to select a user by NetID
- Approving Professor - Single select pull-down user-picker field to select a user by NetID
- Case Number - Text field
- College/Department - Single select pull-down field of available colleges
- Department Name - Single select pull-down field of available departments within the university
- Impact - Single select pull-down field (High, Medium, Low)
- Organizational Unit - Single select pull-down field of the available organizational units within the university
- Requested By - Single select pull-down user-picker field to select a user by NetID
- Requested For - Single select pull-down user-picker field to select a user by NetID
- School/College - Multiple select pull-down field of available colleges
