Listserv is currently set up to distribute emails on a first come first serve basis, which can cause time delays when sending mass emails or sending a message during a time a mass email is being distributed. 

This form is intended to initiate a request to ITS to check the performance status of listserv for a current or scheduled listserv distribution.

Please utilize the form below to request performance status of listserv. This request form should only be used if one of the scenarios described below applies to your inquiry:

1) Determine if any mass mailings are being distributed at the time you would like to distribute your email via listserv.

2) Check the status of a listserv email that has already been distributed and none of the recipients have received the email.

  1. Should the form have an indicator if the source is Maestro?   Does that make any difference to checking that things are all clear?

    1. In this case it doesn't matter. If we and when we move into the pooling option maestro info will need to be included.
