Screens group all available fields (or a subset of all available fields) defined and organize them for a user. Through screens, you can control what fields are displayed to the user during Creating a New Issue, Editing an Issue, or by workflow transitions. For example, the default screen looks similar to this:

A custom screen can add custom fields, tabs, and required fields to help capture the right information. A custom screen could look similar to this:

Custom screens require ITS to implement. The ITS team that maintains Orange Tracker will work closely with the project members to ensure the screens are properly built and working as designed by the team.
