  3. Guiding Principles and Ownership of Content  (Group)
    1. "Anything that is active and inaccessible needs to be remediated; anything that is archived and inactive can be left alone."
    2. Archived/on-demand content
      1. If it’s archived, leave it alone/get an exception, but if it’s active/public, we need to make sure it’s accessible. There will then need to be priority for active content.

      2. Owners of inaccessible active content should also offer an option for remediation on demand.

    3. How do we make it easier on the campus to accomplish this goal?
  4. Recommendations
    1. Recommendation 11: Rely on property management building codes, as they relate to ADA specifications for embedded building maintenance and monitoring equipment, and make the evaluation exempt from the policy.
      1. "Restricted Access" definition in the current policy
      2. Suggest creating a new formal exemption
    2. Recommendation 3: Embed vendor obligations and tertiary links in the ICT Policy, Procurement Policy, or both (cross-reference) (Vince Patriarco)
      1. HirePotential's Report regarding the discussion around Procurement: "...it is the team’s impression that the conversation has not expanded to include aspects of accessibility requirements or contract tracking."
        1. Proposed University Procurement Requirement Table
        2. General Student-Facing ICT Table
