It may be helpful to create a table with membership information, which can be managed/edited using the toolbar at the top of the screen (in Editing mode). You can also use the Membership page to list preferred methods of communication if opening this up to the campus community (listserv, etc,). For information on how to create/manage/delete a listserv, please visit the Listserv at Syracuse University page.
