All managed Mac computers will have Self Service installed automatically. If the icon isn't shown on your Dock, please find it by opening Finder > Macintosh HD / Applications and clicking on Syracuse University - Self Service
1. Once you have Self Service open, click on Browse in the left hand side menu and select Printers
2. All the printers/copiers listed are assigned via your department. Please find the device you need to connect to and click Install underneath it.
3. This will install the device to your computer. In addition to setting up the available features of that printer/copier, this also turns on Print Accounting, if configured by the department.
4. If Print Accounting is enabled, you will be prompt to enter your print code in the dialog box that appears after you've pressed Print in all necessary windows.
