Accessing Blackboard Collaborate Ultra

  1. In your Blackboard course, go to the panel on the left-hand side and select Tools.

  2. The Tools screen will open and you can click on the Blackboard Collaborate Ultra link.

  3. Blackboard Collaborate Ultra will open and you will see that you have a default Course Room available to you. This is a standard meeting room where Instructors and TAs join as Moderators and Students Join as Participants by default. You can use the Create Sessions button to create additional rooms for other purposes like office hours, hosting guest speakers, rooms for groups to collaborate, etc.
