ITS Information Security is responsible for managing and maintaining the firewall rules.
In order to track and review all of the changes to each firewall, requests will now be handled in Orange Tracker OT.
Open Orange Tracker and log in. Once you are logged in you can either search for the key FWCR or for the project Firewall Change Request.
Click on Create to open a new ticket and enter all of the below fields:
NOTE: Please create a ticket for each individual firewall request.
Project: Firewall Change Request (FWCR)
Issue Type: Service Request
Summary: Please create a ticket for each individual firewall request
Priority: Normal priority for all requests
Due Date: All efforts will be made to complete request within 1 business day. Request submitted after 3pm may not be processed until the next business day

- As always remember the more information the better to expedite your requests.
Please allow additional time for your projects to allow requests to be processed.
If a project could have a last minute firewall request please give advanced notice to ITS Information Security.
