Common Solution

  1. First, ensure that the password and username are correct.

  2. If neither of these passwords work, then the issue could be with the Active Directory. Restart the VM to reconnect it to the AD and try entering the passwords again.

  3. If the student still cannot log into the VM, then the password may have been changed or set incorrectly and the student should contact their professor. The professor will contact ITELL to deploy the student a new machine.
