EPS Strategic Services

ITS Enterprise Process Support (ITS-EPS) has the following major strategic directions:

  1. Process Improvement Services: EPS will manage high value enterprise level process improvement projects for academic and administrative departments.
  2. Project Management Office. EPS has developed supporting processes in support of Syracuse University project management standards. EPS provides consultation and facilitation services for administrative and academic departments. For selected University efforts, EPS can also provide personnel  to lead these efforts.
  3. Portfolio Management Support. EPS will provide project portfolio management, decision and application support for ITS.
  4. TeamDynamix Support.  EPS will provide the resources and guidance in support of TeamDynamix to individuals and organizations.
