Copier Rooms

-          Check paper in each drawer, refill if necessary and confirm

-          Empty paper shredder

-          Empty 3 hole punch

-          Check staple supply in copier machine

-          Check if any new packages have arrived, log new ones if applicable, and email recipients

-          Check for new incoming mail

-          Organize

-          Take inventory of/refill as needed

  • Toner- should be two of each color
  • Printer paper
  • Office supplies in drawers: pencils, dry erase markers, post-its, etc.
  • Pens and stapler/staple remover specifically on 3rd floor copier room

-          If confidential shredding bin is full, order and replace as detailed in the process here

-          All supplies ordered through (everything but toner) e-procurement. Make list of supplies needed and email to phyadmin, attn. Yudy or Heather

-          If Xerox is needed order as per indicated here

Kitchen/Lounge

-          General cleanup for coffee spillage or crumbs on counter

-          Check and empty espresso machine

-          Take inventory of/refill as needed

  • Sugar
  • Creamer
  • Tea
  • Espresso
  • Coffee Filters
  • Plates, napkins, cups, utensils

-          If supplies are needed, order following the process here

-          For espresso beans, request Procard here, from O.S. or Admin Asst., to order from vendor

Storage Room

-          Take inventory of/order as needed

  • Water, soda, tea
  • Espresso, coffee filters
  • Plates, napkins, cups, utensils
  • Cleaning supplies: hand sanitizer and tissues

-          Check fridge is loaded with sodas and waters
