Office 365 ProPlus Available at No Cost
SU is participating in the Microsoft Student Advantage program. Through the program, current SU & ESF students (undergraduate, graduate, part-time, and non-credit) and SU staff and faculty (Not ESF Staff or Faculty) can download and install Office desktop applications on up to five computers (PC, Mac) and five mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android). Project Advance students are not eligible for Office 365 ProPlus. NOTE: ESF students may need to change their password if they have problems with downloading the app, or if there is a "Read Only" mode message.
Students can download Office 365 ProPlus using their SUmail student email account. SU staff and faculty don't have SUmail email accounts but can download the Office applications using a special SUmail portal account (visit Office 365 ProPlus for Staff and Faculty through Microsoft Student Advantage). Office applications installed through the Microsoft Student Advantage program remain activated as long as a student or staff/faculty remains eligible. When you graduate or leave the university, the subscription will expire. Students and staff/faculty must connect any device with Office 365 ProPlus to the Internet at least once every 30 days for an automatic license check.
