*Instructions to request a password reset.*

Problem

You tried to log on to an existing FirstStep Single Sign-On session, one that you have successfully logged onto recently. You received an error message stating that your password is locked.

Resolution

Contact the Information Coordinator or Distributed Staff person (DSP) for your department. If the Information Coordinator or DSP is unavailable, or if you are the Information Coordinator or DSP, call the ITS help desk at 443-2677 and indicate that you need a FirstStep Single Sign-On password reset. Be prepared to provide your/the client's SU ID number (the nine-digit number on your SU ID card).
