  1. Open Microsoft Outlook and go to Calendar.

     2.  Choose Open Shared Calendar.

   Click Open Shared Calendar

      3.  In the Search field, type the room name (ex. Warehouse 401).

      4.  Highlight the selected room and click Open.

    Search for room calendar by name


     5.  You will now see the new room under Shared Calendars section on the left side.

    Calendar is listed under Shared Calendars

       6.  To view the room calendar, put a check mark in the box next to it.

       7.  To create/edit/delete a booked event, double click on the day to open the Appointment window. Be sure to save any changes that are made.
