- Open Outlook and go to Calendar.
- Choose Open Calendar then From Room List on the Menu at the top.
3. In the Search field, type the room name (ex. Warehouse 401).
4. Once highlighted, click Rooms -> at the bottom and click OK.
5. You will now see the new Rooms section with your calendar listed on the left side.
6. To view the room calendar, put a check mark in the box next to it.
7. To create/edit/delete a booked event, double click on the day to open the Untitled - Event window. Be sure to Save & Close any changes that are made.
