Email Signatures

To standardize email protocol, the availability of contact information, and adherence to accessibility guidelines, VPA faculty and staff email signatures should be configured according to these email standards. See Sample Email Signatures for information regarding the use of preferred pronouns, alumni class years, social media links, and persistent messaging.

Please do not add additional logos to the signature. The only logo used should be the Syracuse University logo. Also, please remember to customize the website address in your signature to vpa.syr.edu or the URL of your school/department. It is not necessary to use"https://" in the address.

VPA 150th Anniversary Email Signature

The signature below may be used in celebration of the College of Visual and Performing Arts' 150th anniversary during the 2023-24 academic year. This is the University's standard email signature with a special line below the college's name. You may copy and paste the signature below into your email client and customize the fields. See Formatting your Email Signature for additional guidance or if you lose any of the formatting when copying/pasting this template.
