Register for Classes
When registering for classes, make sure you meet the requirements. If there are any pre-requisites or co-requisites, they will appear on the class information page. There will also be additional information in the Notes section. See example below:
Search for Classes
MySlice class search allows you to view up-to-date credit class information online. There are many different search options. Listed below are two examples you can use to strengthen a search.
Searching by subject area is the most common for a standard fall/spring term whereas searching by session is recommended for students interested in summer classes.
Search by Subject Area
- Make sure Current Semester is selected for the Term.
- Click the drop-down arrow to the right of Subject Area to select a subject (example: Accounting, Advertising)
- Click on Search at the bottom of page.
Search by Session
- Make sure Current Semester is selected for the Term.
- Click on Search at the bottom of page.
Search by Meeting Time
- Make sure Current Semester is selected for the Term.
- Select days of the week you are available.
- Advanced: select a meeting start or end time to help narrow the search.
- Click on Search at the bottom of page.
