Click the link provided in the invitation email. 

You will need to register before the event. Click Register.

Here is an example of a registration page. Fill out the required fields, click Register.

You will receive a confirmation email containing the information for joining the webinar. Click the link provided to Join.

Click Open Zoom Meetings if you see the system dialog. If nothing prompts, you can download and run Zoom. The Zoom client app will download to your computer. When the download is complete, double click the application in the lower lefthand corner.

If you are having issues downloading the application, click join from your browser.

You will be prompted to enter the webinar's password. Click Join Meeting.

This is an example of what the screen will look like. As an attendee, you will have the ability to communicate through a Chat and Q&A function. You will find these controls at the bottom of your screen in the toolbar. 

At the lower left-hand corner is where you will find the Audio Settings. This is where you can select your speaker settings.
