New for Fall 2020, Whitman Teaching Stations now include a Remote Support Button on the desktop. This gives you the most rapid and contactless method of technology support in the classroom currently possible.

You should see an icon on each desktop which looks like this:

If you need technology support in the classroom, double click this icon. In response, you will see an animated image in the center of your screen which looks like this:

In a moment, the above image will go away and you will be presented with a dialog. Click "Connect with  Support Team" as shown:

When you've been connected, you'll see the following window:

Once you're here, a Whitman IT support member will connect to your support session, and provide you assistance.

We will be available during normally scheduled class hours, M-S X:XX to X:XX.
