To access and export a report, sign in and configure your account at 

On the left hand side, Click on Reports - Select Usage: The Usage report option, allows you to view a list of meetings, participants, and meeting minutes for meetings you have hosted.

  • Note - If your meeting was set up with registration through Zoom, you would Select Meeting.

Search by date to find the meeting you are looking to report from. Note - Maximum report duration: 1 Month

Under Participants on the right-hand side, click the number highlighted in blue.

From this page, select Export with meeting data and Export. An Excel file will be sent to your downloads.
