Turning Technologies has confirmed a bug in version 8.5.0 and earlier that leads to inconsistencies in the roster update and grade upload functions on both Apple and Windows computers. If you have trouble with one of these operations, repeatedly running the process has worked for other instructors on campus. ITS is now testing an updated version of the application that should repair the bug.
