Course Content

Before recording, it is important to first consider your course content and evaluate what your student's needs are. What do students need from you in order to learn, and how will you deliver that content to them?

Each video should be made with an objective in mind. What is the point of the video, and what will students leave the video with an understanding of?

Examples:

“Students will leave the video with an understanding of how mitosis works.”

“Students will leave the video with a better understanding of how to take the next steps on their project.”

When choosing video as a means to communicate, it is important to understand the different approaches that are available to you. This will allow you to select the most effective option to communicate your content.
