Course Description

Students will learn to critique existing Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), and how to design ethical and equitable ICTs utilizing human-centered design perspectives and methods.

  2. Understand various human factors that affect human-computer interactions.
  3. Understand HCI principles, guidelines, methods, and techniques.
  4. Conduct evaluations and usability studies.
  5. Apply a human-centered methodology to information system development.
