Suite 114 walk-in support
The suite door will be kept locked at all times and admittance is by appointment only.
For emergency support, ring the doorbell or contact IT through telephone, Remote Support Button, or email.
If admitted into suite114, only enter the area in front of the Service Desk.
Masks must be worn at all times.
Please be mindful of social distancing requirements.
In-office support is limited to necessary cases where remote support is not effective. IT staff will enter your office space wearing PPE including masks and gloves. Please make an effort to clean all surfaces and items that IT staff may come in contact with prior to arrival.
Each classroom is equipped with a telephone and a remote support button located on the desktop of the teaching station computer. Please one of these methods to contact IT.
During the academic year, Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, please call 315-443-2342.
Classroom and Whitman managed PC/Mac computers are equipped with an easy access shortcut for requesting remote assistance.
To speak with a support representative via Zoom, click the below link. The Zoom meeting will be staffed during normal business hours.
Items dropped off for service will be cleaned before and after being handled.
