Problem: ESF Students are not able to log into MySlice, due to error message  "No Portal Account".

 

Resolution: The cause of this is usually due to the account not being term activated. Term activation happens when ESF sends a file over to the main campus Registrar's office and then the Registrar's office runs a job that term activates the account.

At the beginning of the Summer term the Term Activation Process happens daily, prior to that it runs once weekly on Wednesday.  Both weekly and daily process requires an over night update for the Term Activation to take affect.
