Web Based Video Conferencing System


Camera

Located in the room is a rear and front Pan, Tilt, Zoom Camera. The cameras are bridged to the windows computer for web based video. These cameras, as well as the ceiling microphones, are routed to the Windows Computer. (Camera Instructions)  

Some applications that can be used are:

  • Skype
  • Blackboard Collaborate

DVD Player

DVD Player

Located in the technology rack or teaching station is a DVD player. When selected as a source this player can play the following:

Dual High Definition Projection System

Projector

High Definition Projection System and an electric screen is mounted within the room. These projectors can display independent sources.

The projector will display:

  • Windows Computer
  • Selected Source on Controller

Dual Confidence Monitors

Confidence Monitor

In the rear of the room is two confidence monitors. This monitor will allow the user to view the source that they have displayed on the projector/display, while facing the audience.

Located in the technology rack is a Windows Computer. It runs off of the most updated version of Windows.

Located in the room are several Speakers. These speakers project Playback.
